I have a suggestion about how to remember your lost loved ones on a regular, even daily, basis. I use some part of the name of my deceased relatives and friends as passwords in the many email accounts and internet programs I access on a regular basis. I usually use some part of an important date to add distinction to the password and also add to the memory.
As I am typing in the password, an image of that particular person pops into my mind, even if only on a momentary basis. Since I use many of these same password many times each week, some even on a daily or several times a day basis, I am remembering those people many times each week, along with my feelings of love for them. I can't think of any easier way of rememberance on a regular, if not daily, basis.
Why not try it? It works for me.
